Center of Excellence in Environment, Climate Change and Public Health(CoE-ECCPH), Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India is the Organizer of the conference (NCCC-2020). CoE-ECCPH has been established in 2019 under the aegis of Utkal University which is the oldest and largest of all Universities in the state of Odisha. It is a teaching, research, and affiliating university. The Center is supported by Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan- RUSA 2.0
The CoE-ECCPH has the mission to mainstream climate change and its impact on Environment and Health into the higher education system of Odisha. The climate is a multidisciplinary subject, researchers and students will be provided facilitation support through the CoE. It has own Building with excellent conference rooms and other facilities to make it a vibrant center of activities in India with a Global Vision.
This center will help research scholars to publish their research work and papers and make documentation of latest research findings and best practices, Innovations so that the citizens can derive benefits of the knowledge resources to be published by the center.
The Utkal University was established by an Act during 1943 which has been suitably amended in response to the new situation. At present, the University has twenty-seven post-graduate teaching and research departments on the campus. It has celebrated the Platinum Jubilee during Dec 2019 which was graced by Honorable President of India.
